Grand Truck Casters

Hi folks. I am trying to find 4-inch replacement casters for an old grand
truck. I got some from Schaff, but they are the wrong bolt pattern (plus it
was a 5-inch dia. anyway). I tried Pianotec, and they said they had them -
and that they got them from Jansen. I called Jansen and they faxed me their
bolt pattern. No good. My bolt pattern is exactly 3" by 4" - rectangular -
four bolts - measured center to center. The bolt pattern on the heapy-cheapy
ones from Home Depot actually bolt up perfectly, but the wheel extends out
too far and hits the truck and prevents the caster from being able to rotate
(even though it has a 4-inch wheel). I would not really like to use such a
cheap caster anyway.

Any suggestions on where on earth I can get a high quality 4-inch caster
with a plate having a 4" x 3" bolt pattern?
