One set of reeds, no couplers, and very simple. You shouldn't have any problem with it at all. It needs the bellows re-hinged, new flap valved, and recovered. It also needs the pallet valve leather and felt changed, and any gaskets, straps, etc. In other words, just like a player. All perishables have perished and need replaced. Go for it. They're kind of fun. Ron N
