drop adjustment

Tim,

In most cases, if you are letting off at 1/16" the drop should be another
1/16" making a total of 1/8" from the string at the end of key travel.  I
imagine the trouble you are having with after touch is more likely related
to your hammer line or key dip.  To increase after touch you can raise the
hammers or increase dip within limits.

Roger and Gina wrote several articles on regulation in the Journal
recently.  I highly recommend reading through those.
