reminder cards

I agree.  You're also expecting the customer to hold on to this card for the 
6-9 months between tunings.  I find that most customers find it impossible to 
hold on
to my business card, even after I tell them I left an extra one inside the 
piano.

I think if you hold on to that card, and just mail it to them (and follow up 
with a 
reminder call) you'd see better results.
