Yamaha damper felt replacement

They use what glue, PVC-E I think.  You can use a VERY sharp blade to
slip between the red felt and the wood block.  Put glue on the block and
the red felt on, trip.  Put glue on the red felt and the white felt on,
trim as needed.  To trim you will need a super sharp blade, razor sharp
and preferably a blade with a flat back like a chisel.
