If it is threaded, use the agraffe removing 'fish-tail' tool. If that doesn't work, try a Dremel bit in there to make a slot or reasonable facsimile and jam a toolin to back out the threads. Can it be driven deeper and a pin installed over it? A new pin could be made from a round head wood screw. This type screw is best because of the straight shoulder. Cut the head off and cut a slot in the end and install.
