No, I take out the action (drop action spinets included) to have better =

    So, usually I tune the piano first then take out the action, treat =
the tuning pins with two passes on each section (with all the windows =
open and fans going and a breathing mask so that I look like Darth =
Vader) and then make two passes with the tilter at 45 degrees (mine =
rests at that slant on the wheels) on all the treble string bridge pins.
