I have an old upright that, I believe, Garfield Pin Block Restorer was used. It was done 2 years + ago by another area tech. I put in a DC climate control this spring and had to sandpaper shim 8 or 9 pins this fall to get it to hold tune. Many are still way loose. The wood bushings in the harp were worn almost completely through on the bottom side of the pins that were shimmed. I would like to use a glue in the probability the pin block is not in good shape but will it work after pin block?
