SAT repair trouble & rant

Hi Bob,

Almost any battery will work. The voltage is all that matters and your
local battery depot will be glad to inspect them and offer a much cheaper
replacement (once you include shipping). I would not recommend this to Sats
that are still under warranttee.

I was very upset a few years ago with their repair service when they
automatically replaced the quite new battery I had had installed and of
course charged me for the parts--to add insult to injury they did NOT
return the old parts to me.
