oilers

A few weeks back there was some discussion of oilers for application of
Protek. I have found an ideal Protek applicator---small, non-leaking and
with a nice long needle-like applicator tip. I got it at SEARS and it's
called a SKILLTECH PRECISION OILER ($7.95). It looks like a pen. (It even
has a clip for your pocket like a pen.) I have had it in my tool kit for a
month now and it has not leaked a bit. It is easy to control the amount of
liquid you are applying, although limiting the application to a single drop
is not possible. It comes out in one big drop. (About the size of three
drops together.) It has a 2 inch needle applicator point which is narrow
enough and long enough to fit between action parts to reach that flange you
want to lubricate.

If you're looking for a new oiler, you might like this.
