What to Tell Owner About Her BAD Piano

I would suggest that you continue to hold your tongue for as long as
possible. Years of experience in servicing piano sometimes brings changes in
ones attitudes toward specific pianos.

In other words, when you have a lot more Story & Clark pianos under your
belt, you may discover that the best tuning you can do on these pianos is
somewhat better than you now believe is possible.

Do the best you can on every piano tuning you do. Over the years, you may
just surprise yourself.
