Rules Question.

I get calls from new folks to the area who are specifically looking for an
RPT member of the Guild. They had a RPT technician who took the time to
explain the Guild to them and they retained that info. As long as the we
promote the Guild, its influence will grow but certainly it will take time.

I would like to know how much budget PTG has for publicity?
