Richard, I assume you wouldn't want to pay someone to dig a ditch at your
house unless they had a certificate from the DDDDON
(deep ditch diggers dept of Norway)  that shows they can dig a ditch right
at least 80 percent of the time.  Perhaps he should do it for free?
