Well written William. I, for one have a very high threshold of tolerance for off-color jokes, etc. (please send me lots - privately). Your point is well taken though, as there will always be some well meaning sort that is offended in a public forum such as this when anything even slightly off-color is posted. I was once at a piano function (no names here) where the organizer of the seminar was at the podium with all in attendance and was telling blind tuner jokes - I won't go into detail here, just use your imagination. There were lots of women in the audience and even one that followed the Mormon religion. No doubt at all she and most of the others were offended. Even though just me, personally rather enjoyed them, I felt very uneasy with the situation and really felt quite embarrassed for the off-color speaker. Let's avoid that here.
