Hey Joe, What computer and browser are you using. If you get into preferences there should be a check box something like Advanced, Automatically load images. Check it's box. Also sometimes images are sent in formats other than JPGs like BMP or ITF which don't load so easily. Consider upgrading to a later version of your browser or search it's help files for images.
