Octave Types and ET with pure 5ths

Tony,
When I get a chance, I'll explain in detail about octave types and how to 
test for them aurally.  It takes time to write a post like that and make sure 
that it is complete and without errors.  I don't necessarily have that kind 
of time every day.

Also, I have what I think is a much better alternative for those who want ET 
with pure 5ths.  It is very easy but once again, it takes time to write the 
details.
