D-C Warranty Work

List        Would like to hear if you charge for warrant work.    Have a
Dampp-Chaser smart bar (old type) that has to be replaced and D-C has sent
to me.  The customer has the warranty card that says parts will be replaced
at no charge, she thinks it should be replaced for free also.
D-C  says our sales price should cover this.

Would appreciate hearing how others handle this type of work.
