tuning question

That was a MAJOR pitch raise!
When you do this the wire moves across the bridge pins so that you have
different wire there than you had before.  New and old bends are trying to
blend for awhile after such a big jolt!
The third wire is the shortest on an upright piano, so small changes make
bigger differences.  I like to tune the 3rd wire first when I tune.  It gets
a lot more whacks than the other two when setting the unison.
