Different question about heater bars

Hi Richard et al,

I highly recommend back covers on uprights. Again tonight I had a piano
that no note had moved more than 2 cents on any note. The last tuning was
in January, 2000.

I feel that this allows both sides of the sound board and the wooden frame
to become steady state sooner. With every piano I have added on a back
cover, the level of pitch stability has improved.
