Mileage procedures

Clark,

My solution is to quote an extra $10. for each municipality I pass through. Presumably, all your calls for the day will be in a given area but, if you live in A and your go to C (two towns away), quote an extra $20. and if you have a call in B on your way, it's worth $10. extra.

If you book by area and charge by the mile, mileage charges seem to hit the first (or last) call the hardest. Do it on a geographical (or political) basis.
