Lesage spinet

I'm asking my Canadian friends if they've ever seen a Lesage with a pull-up mechanism. The one I serviced today, #26301, resembles a Sherlock-Manning, yet has cabinetry associated with Mason & Risch. It has linkages from the key to the whippen felt of which I don't even know the names.

Some hammers, on a hard blow, occasionally fail to return to rest and the note doesn't repeat. I suspected swollen pull-up buttons in the key mourtice, but sanding their sides didn't solve the problem.

Any ideas?
