Check your centers, check your repetition lever height, be certain of the hammer rest height. And remember things aint perfect. Sometimes no matter what you do you wont rid yourself completely of this. Best results are going though the adjustments a couple two or three times in the same sequence. Another thing to watch for is what happens to the jack. This is a single spring whippen I suppose. Sometimes to get the right rep lever lift you end up with a jack that slams back into the stop button, or is too weak a return for that matter.. Again make sure all the centers are good.
