IF you tilt the piano and take out the screws on the top and sides of the
trap board  (bottom board)  it might can be pulled down enough to get the
pedals to clear their dividing parts on the pedal rail.  However the pump
bellows are screwed to this bottom board and those screws might have to be
removed.
Then you can see how the pedal is attached, and hopefully you can see how it
can be removed.

You will need to call (several times from the unit)(lucky you got a cell
phone)  a  player tech to fix that,   esp one that is experienced in Aeolian
Cabaret players. Or if he/she is local make an appointment.     ---ric
