Maybe not, since the UW is not there to retard the return. Before weighting
check the UW/DW spread, of the troublesome notes, and compare them with
functioning adjacent notes.
Friction and spring tension changes with time, key mass will not.
Has the hammers been reshaped?
The sharps in this register should be about 49D and 26U. I measured a like
vintage today.The naturals are 44-45gms. DW.
If you indeed have a weight problem, balance the DW  by comparing adjacent
notes.
If you are doing a complete weight off, going from 50gms #1 bass to 45gms
#88 treble, will give a very nice feel, and greatly improve repitition.
