SAT Charge life..

Hi all,

Thanks to all for the great tips on plastic elbows! Since I have to replace
ALL of them, I am inclined to use the method of heating the lifter, then
"pushing" elbows on, to speed things up.

Fellow SAT II users may find this interesting....Since I changed the battery
pack (using the exact same NiCads) nearly TWO months ago, I have not yet had
to re-charge mt SAT!!! It's like getting 100 miles to the gallon! It just
keeps going, and going, and going....
Anyone else experience this exceptional LONG battery charge? I'm amazed.

Oh, one more item: I just bought a Yamaha U1 today for $500. About 35 years
old, but structurally very sound with minimum action wear, and not even a
hint of rust. Cosmetically not great, but ok. It will clean up nice. It IS a
2 pedal import, but that should not be a problem when selling it private
party.
