That indicates bad scaling.  The tone should not change from
note to note like that.  All string winders used to shorten
the unwound agraffe ends (for unknown reasons) which
radically changes inharmonicity, power, sustain and tone
color all in the wrong direction.

The only way to get optimum strings is to supply a set of
winding specifications to the winders instead of paper
patterns or model numbers.

If you wish I will rescale that piano for a small fee if you
provide the dimensions.
