Sales Tax

The techs in my area don't itemize parts on a bill.  We simply charge $XX
for an action rebuild, etc.  The parts are an expense to us of providing
that service.  We don't tell the clients what the cost of the parts is.  We
just price the entire job.  The only techs who need to be concerned are
those who have a store and sell pianos or parts uninstalled.
