Hi Jay -

Yes, I have one Steinway studio in my database that tunes as you
describe.  I have three suggestions:
1.   Don't call her, let her call you. (less frequency that way)
2.  Take Newton's suggestion of keeping your lever between 10 and 12.
3.  Eat a good breakfast before arriving!
