Hello John

I take note of the piano, and how many times I should tune it yearly by
experience ( 1,3, 6months or yearly) I also "study" the client, Inform the
client I will be reminding him for succesive services, I do not offer him
option to say no, If he/she tells me do not call me I will erase him but at
first I just notify them, and I will use all the services you mentioned as
required which I judge by customer status, how busy he looks to be ? his
availability ? etc

To go straight to your questions
> By booking a future appointment at the time you do service (always 100%)

The rest are used as reminders mostly

> By phone? 80% Calls after being booked by the time it is scheduled the
appointment

> By Mail? 3% Very rarely

> By Email? 17% Also by the time I scheduled the appointment
