Does anyone go after clients email addresses & if so does an email newsletter seem to work better than phonecalls or snail mail? If I were doing rebuilds & refinishing work , I'd get a digital camera & put up a website with new pictures so the client & could see whats going on with their piano. Of course this would require actually doing something other than let it sit there & collect dust. This way, potential client could check out your shop & quality of work before they have their piano delivered to your door. It also would show that you can get a piano & turn it around in a reasonable time..... ra byn james
