List, The cheapest way from Reagan(Washington National) to Crystal City Hyatt is to take the free hotel shuttle. Took me five minutes during the 5pm rush hour. If you don't want to wait for the shuttle, a taxi ride is not too expensive. The metro stops near but not at the hotel. For more info check the website.
