Hi Rodrigo,

It isn't hard, just time consuming.

You will need to install damper spoons on the wippens,
Extend the damper lift rod,
Get matching damper levers,
Get new damper blocks or blocks/dowels
Get some treble upright damper felts

Get some time.

Install damper levers
install damper blocks
install damper #88 and cut the wire lower the block and adjust the
timing and spoon.
adjust horizontal and vertical alignment to match the strings
Install remainder to a sloping line to match #88.

Done
