I don't know how recent you mean, but just a couple weeks ago I ordered
parts from Glorie and received the same superb service I always have had. I
never did speak to her personally, just left detailed messages on her voice
mail. She left a question on mine which I answered to hers. She shipped the
parts to me the day she got my answer.

I didn't need to talk to technical service so don't have any input for you
there.

Has anyone else noticed a change in technical and parts policy with S&S? In
a recent episode, Glorie would not return my many calls, and I heard from
the grapevine that technical service is now strictly handled through the
dealers.
