uncurling Olfa mat

Does anyone know how to uncurl an Olfa rotary cutting mat? Mine was curled
during shipping (I guess), and it will not lay flat. This makes felt cutting
interesting. :-)

I have tried setting some bricks on it to try to flatten it, but that did
not help any.
