Pat. I don't think this is your problem. If the e-mail that you were
forwarding had an attachment ( the photo), then your e-mail also has one. A
photo is usually in a format like jpeg or bmp. I have no idea what kind of
modern computer would not have the programs to open one of these. Feel free
to send a copy to ramsey@extremezone.com and I'll take a look at it.
    By the way, computers crash sometimes for no obvious reason, could have
been a case of bad timing.

    When you forward and e-mail is that an attachment?  I forwarded the key
cutter  from previous post and they said it came as an attachment and
