    I've read two posts of late about steaming out old bushings. I
wonder if any of you have ever tried using wallpaper paste remover? I
use a mixture of this applied with a dropper directly onto the bushings.
I will sometimes apply to the set a second time just to insure
penetration. Usually if the glue was hide glue they either remove very
easily with a wet cloth ironed over the bushings or sometimes (often)
they just fall out even before the application of steam. Does anyone
else use this method or have this kind of experience?
