Dick, It's been my experience with Pianos from this company that there is alot to be desired - as someone mentioned, the quality has improved some - as far as I am concerned, they have no where to go but up as far as quality. The one thing consistent with vertical pianos from this company: shallow dip making the hammers 'blumble' on a soft blow...lotsa floor work. Rook
