Hi Ron etal,
An easy way to explain location to customers in terms
that they understand.
Pianos are like humans, they like 40% RH at about 70 degrees. This
combination is where most of us are most comfortable.

Pose a few of the following questions, and they seem to get the picture,
with out having to get to grips with the technical details.
Would they sit in front of a window with the sun beating on them for very
long?
Would they sit in front of a frost covered window?
Would they sit over a heat register?
Would they sit in a cold draft?
And so the list could go on.

Just a few thoughts from hearing the question of where do we place the piano?
>From observations and reactions on the sales floor, this approach seems to
work the best. It seems to stir the consumer into being proactive into
doing some thing about sensible placement.
