List,

I had a squeak when the Soft pedal was held down and the Damper Pedal used.
After a half hour I finally found it. Due to play in the pivot pins in the
Soft "Shift lever Arm" and the Damper pedal lever, the end of the damper
pedal lever would rub against the Soft shift lever arm. I had to trim about
an 1/8" off the end of the damper pedal lever to prevent the squeak.
