Knabe grand reputation-Value?

OK, OK, Florida may be a little south of the (northern?) midwest, but I can
no longer sit still and not defend myself ;-). Florida is kinda midwest
reletive to New England and the Rocky Mountains. I have seen Florida
referred to as being in the midwest at a number of other sources when there
was no desire to focus on it being in the south. AND perhaps most important,
prices of homes & merchandise in the Tampa Bay area are close to that of
most of the midwest.

BYW, I grew up in Michigan and still remember the first time I drove down to
the Sunshine State - Keys for spring break. I thought at the time that one
drove THROUGH the south to get to Florida. After moving here 11 years ago, I
clearly found out that Florida IS IN the south (or at least the southern
midwest!).
