Floor loading standard is 300 pounds per square inch. that is "standard". You're porch loading depends upon span, spacing and size of joists and type and thickness of flooring. An old upright weighing 800 pounds puts 200 pounds per caster (a little more in the back) on less than a square inch, so, eight casters would be better than four and 3/4" plywood can suport this and a lot more weight.
