Terry,  Yamaha will surely want to know about this situation, and will give 
you advice as to what you can do next.  Don't do any further work until you 
contact them, as warranty work is getting rather touchy from all the 
manufacturers.  Mark Wismer is the one to contact out there.  I'm sorry I 
don't have their tech service number with me, but do call them.  Clark
