Wurlitzer Sluggish Actions

Baldwin has done extensive research, as Kent Webb reported, on using 
silicone and naptha to treat sluggish action centers. Yamaha also suggests
using it to treat damper guide rail bushings. I think there are many types
of silicone, but I trust Baldwin has done its research well, and suggest
using their mix and ratio etc.
