Bridge Pin/Epoxy Question

One method I used years ago to tighten bridge pins was to use a big 1/2" tip
on a soldering iron (reached all three bridge pins at once) and apply marine
resin at the base of the pins. Since marine resin is so thin, there is no
clean up. Once the iron was hot, the entire piano could be done in about an
hour!
