Max-Min Thermo Hygro

I suspect the hygro shows -- -- because it does not function accurately
below 24% RH. I have never seen such a  low RH in  Florida! However, I have
seen 100%, and yes, the hygro displays -- --! One needs a pretty expensive
hygro to measure real low RH values.
