 I don't know if you were a "bad boy" or not :-)
but........lets change shoes for a moment. Lets say that you took your car to 
have some brake work done, was quoted a price and had agreed to that price. 
After the work was started you decide to cross the street and have a 
hamburger instead of sitting in the waiting room. Arriving back at the car 
shop you are presented with a bill for the agreed on amount.... plus .4 of an 
hour of labor.... for cleaning your tires because the mechanic thought they 
would look better......what would you do or say?
