torque wrenches

Hi Terry,

Sorry, just poking a little fun at the expense of Apsco for selling a torque
wrench that's kind of expensive for what you actually get, and the Baldwin
'L' grand that I recently tried to take torque readings on that far exceeded
that 200 pound limit on many a pin.

It was intended as a kind of tongue in cheek / devilish kind of thing.  Pure
orneriness on my part.  <grin>

I'll crawl back under my rock now.
