Rodent infestation

Although I have found instructions for dealing with rodent infestation,
I have not come up against the problem until yesterday, and I find that
I still have a few questions. A piano that was donated to a church had 4
dead mice and their debris in it. Unfortunately, the piano had been
vacuumed out before I was informed. I know enough not to stir up
particles into the air, and that the interior should be wetted with
alcohol before removing debris.

For those of you who have gone through this procedure, perhaps you could
answer my questions: 1) Did you replace all keybed felt?, 2) What, if
anything, did you do about the action? I notice that the action is
pretty thoroughly spotted with I don't know exactly with what, but it
could be rodent saliva and/or urine among other things. 3) What did you
do about other felt inside the piano case, e.g., pedal prop bushings,
other pedal related felts, string braids, understring felt, etc.?

I'm especially concerned about the action. It's hard for me to imagine
being able to adequately clean it up. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
