Well, Carman, the stupid answer is to lay a moving blanket over the inside and claim to have doubled the value! The real answer is to get un-backed, uncut strips for uprights, and a new knife. The darn things didn't work right from the factory, so don't set your sights (or the customers' expectations) too high. Don't forget to add the chiropractic surcharge!
