High humidity in winter?

Hi Mike,
I've been in your type situation before and can recommend that you
investigate the symptoms thoroughly before you install a complete Dampp
Chaser system.
It's not a bad idea at all to install the system but, there may be problems
occurring that the DC system may not correct.
I would do a close visual inspection, removing enough parts to get down to
the keys to be able to isolate the cause of the sluggishness. May not be in
the keys at all.
A reading needs to be taken on the humidity using some type of accurate
hygrometer as well. If the culprit is indeed the humidity and the D.C. system
is decided upon, I would recommend including a complete cover for the piano
in the price as this will help to make the system more effectively address
the key problem. Hope this helps!
